Based outside of Boston, Mass., Plant Based Innovations was founded in 2022 and has production facilities in Leominster, Mass., and Fredericksburg, Iowa. The company currently produces over 30 unique, branded products, including yogurt and hummus, that are sold at more than 5,000 stores across the U.S.

How we helped

Meriwether Group Capital provided Hero Fund financing in the form of a capital loan to Plant Based Solutions to support the company’s drive for growth. Funds were used to buy new equipment to start up a hummus production line as well as provide additional working capital.
